The question we get a lot is… how hard is trading?

We like to compare learning to trade like learning how to drive.

When you first start learning how to drive, there’s a LOT to keep in mind:

Checking mirrors, checking blind spots, signaling, stop lights, stop signs, yield signs, the other millions of signs, monitoring speed, how to turn, merging onto highways, roundabouts, bad drivers on the road, not getting distracted, always paying attention, etc…

When you really think about it – we do a LOT while driving. 

Not to mention having a call or conversation with someone in the car white doing all of that.

And yet… most of the time we don’t even remember the journey of going from point A to point B.

Driving is automatic – almost thought-less.

That is exactly what trading is like.

When starting out, it can be a bit overwhelming considering all the things you have to learn.

However, once you get it – you get it.

Trading becomes (dare I say) “easy”.

At the very least it requires less and less thought.

Big-time pro traders are often accused of “feeling the market”. 

There’s no such thing.

They’ve just become so accustomed to seeing everything they need to see to understand the highest probable directions of the market, that it would seem almost magical to us normal people.
